Car hire companies would usually be the first por of call when looking to hire a van in the dublin area, but there are a few specialist companies out there such as Thrifty. If you are a delivery company wanting to rent a van on a long term basis, you should be able to get something from around 30euro a day. But if you are just hiring the van for a day to move house, it could cost over 100. We were moving house recently and did a bit of research into this, bit by the time we hired the van, payed for the insurance, the excess and the fuels, it was workign out too expensive - so we ended up hiring a 'man and a van' who was able to help us with the move and save us money at the same time.
